Bee Clean Cleaning Services Terms & Conditions

By using this website to book services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from booking services with us.

 

Booking Confirmation

Booking services online does not guarantee a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email or phone to confirm your booking.

To reserve your cleaning date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $70 will be required, which will be deducted from the total cleaning price.

 

Cleaning Crew

Our cleaning staff typically work in teams of two, with more cleaners assigned as needed for complex jobs or high demand. We strive to limit rotation among cleaners in your home while providing essential cross-training to our staff.

All employees undergo rigorous background screening and drug testing, ensuring that our team operates with integrity and accountability.

 

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to deny and/or terminate services due to safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter, or disconnected utilities. Our employees may leave if the environment is extremely unsanitary or if they feel threatened. If a booked cleaning is deemed unreasonable, our team may refuse service on the spot, and you will incur a cancellation fee.

 

Cleaning Day Preparation

Your cleaning price is based on the cleaners focusing all their time on cleaning. We ask that you take a few minutes to tidy up to facilitate easy access to the areas to be cleaned. If you would like our cleaners to perform these tasks, please contact the office in advance to adjust your cleaning fee accordingly.

 

Add-On Services

Additional services available for an extra charge include:

  • Clean Interior Windows & Sills

  • Detail Blinds

  • Detail Baseboards

  • Dishes

  • Clean Inside Kitchen Cabinets

  • Clean Inside Oven

  • Clean Inside Fridge

  • Sweep Inside Garage

  • Patio Cleaning

  • Carpet Washing

 

Pets

We are happy to work around pets; however, we request that indoor activity be limited for safety and efficiency. If a pet becomes anxious or poses a safety concern, Bee Clean Cleaning Services reserves the right to withdraw our employees from your home.

If aggressive pets necessitate our technician's removal, our cancellation policy will apply.

 

Service Fees

Prices provided are based on our experience but may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the home. To avoid surprises, we will notify you if additional time is required. If we are unable to reach you, the crew may need to leave, and you will incur a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on service time required. Bee Clean Cleaning Services will contact clients to discuss price or service revisions if there is a significant deviation from the original quote.

 

Payments

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your cleaning date and time. Payments must be made on the day of service via check, cash, or credit card.

 

Refund Policy

While we strive for excellence, we understand that mistakes can happen. Should you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the error at no charge. However, we do not offer refunds.

 

Recurring Service Discount

Recurring discounts apply after the first cleaning service. If you skip cleanings, your pricing may revert to the level for a lower frequency.

 

Rate Increases

Rate adjustments may occur during the year based on changes in service frequency or your living situation (e.g., remodels, relocations, etc.). Annual rate increases will not exceed 8% of the current rate.

 

Lockouts

The client must ensure the service location is accessible. If the cleaning team is locked out, we will attempt to contact you for entry. If contact is not made within 20 minutes, the cleaning will be skipped, and you will incur a $70 late cancellation fee.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid a $70 cancellation fee.

 

Alarm

If your home has a security system, ensure it is off or provide the code for access. Notify us of any code changes to avoid lockout charges.

 

Use of Homeowner’s Vacuum

If you request to use your vacuum, we do not assume liability for any damage. If the vacuum is not functional, we cannot perform any vacuuming.

 

Cleaning Supplies

We provide all necessary cleaning equipment and products. If you prefer green products or your own supplies, please inform us beforehand. We are not responsible for any damage associated with your products.

 

Items We Cannot Clean

We do not clean mold, hoarding situations, or areas containing hazardous materials or bodily fluids.

 

Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items

For safety reasons, our employees cannot climb higher than a step stool or move items over 35 pounds. Please ensure heavy objects are moved prior to cleaning.

 

Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy

While breakage is rare, it can occur. Our team exercises reasonable care and is insured for damages caused by our cleaners. We are not liable for wear and tear, improper installation, or undisclosed valuable items.

Notification of breakage or loss must occur within 24 hours. We will attempt to provide identical replacements but cannot guarantee it.

 

Cleaners Arrival Window

We schedule cleanings to minimize drive time. While we make every effort to accommodate specific times, no time is guaranteed. We typically operate between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm and will notify you of any delays.

 

Holidays

Bee Clean Cleaning Services does not operate on holidays. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. Observed holidays include:

  • Family Day

  • Canada Day

  • Good Friday

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve

  • New Year’s Day

 

Inclement Weather

We will close when weather conditions prevent safe operations.

 

Key Release

Client keys are coded and stored securely. If a key is left unsecured for entry, we are not liable for any damages or theft. Upon termination of services, keys will be returned within 48 hours.

 

Non-Solicitation of Employees

Clients agree not to solicit Bee Clean Cleaning Services employees for direct hire.

 

Governing Law

Any claims relating to Bee Clean Cleaning Services shall be governed by the laws of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
