Our Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning is a deep, detailed service designed to prepare your home for its next chapter. We clean every corner — from baseboards to appliances — ensuring the space is spotless, sanitized, and move-in ready. What’s Included in a Move-In / Move-Out Clean General Areas (All Rooms) Full dusting (light fixtures, vents, fans, baseboards, doors, trim) Wipe down of all surfaces & shelves Vacuuming & mopping of all floors Interior windows & sills (if add-on not selected, basic wipe-down included) Spot cleaning walls, switches, and outlet covers Kitchen Wipe down of all countertops & cabinets (inside & out if add-on selected) Clean backsplash & sinks (sanitize + polish) Appliance exteriors cleaned (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave) Inside appliances upon request (add-on) Bathrooms Scrub & sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and faucets Clean mirrors & glass Wipe down all cabinets (inside & out if add-on selected) Floors vacuumed & mopped Bedrooms & Living Spaces Dust & wipe doors, handles, and closet shelves Clean baseboards & trim Vacuum carpets & mop hard flooring Final Touches Full home freshening for a “ready-to-move” feel Optional add-ons: inside appliances, interior window detailing, cabinet interiors, garage sweep, etc. Pricing is based on square footage, number of rooms, and any add-ons. Cancellation Policy
Bee Clean Cleaning Services – Service Terms Summary All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Payment is due on the day of service. Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee and applicable HST. Cancellations or reschedules require advance notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Pricing is based on the condition and size of the home. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or undisclosed conditions may result in additional charges. A standard clean covers surface-level cleaning. Deep cleans and add-ons are priced separately. Clients must ensure safe and accessible entry to the home at the scheduled time. Lockouts may result in a fee. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service due to safety concerns, unsanitary conditions, or aggressive pets. If you’re not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. Refunds are not provided.
